Getting Started with Sanor

Follow these steps to set up and make the most of your medication companion.

Download the App

Find Sanor on the App Store, tap Get, and wait for the installation to complete. The app requires iOS 15 or later.

Create Your Profile

Open the app and complete a quick setup: enter your name, age, and any relevant health notes. Your data is stored privately on your device.

Add Your Medications

Tap "+ Add Medication", enter the name, dosage, and frequency. You can add as many medications as needed.

Set Up Reminders

Configure notification times for each medication. Sanor will send you a push notification when it's time to take your next dose.

Track Your Daily Intake

Each day, open the app and check off medications as you take them. The calendar view shows your consistency over time.

Review Your History & Insights

Visit the History tab to see your adherence trends, streaks, and health notes — useful context to share with your doctor.

Connect Apple Health (Optional)

Go to Settings → Apple Health and grant permission to sync your step count, heart rate, and activity data alongside your medication log.
